Our Annual Christmas Letter: C

Board members, senior management, and the entire staff at portfoliolongo.com met this past weekend for our annual, year-end retreat and 2023 holiday party. As usual, it was a productive, uplifting, and festive event. In addition to electing new Board officers, unveiling another parallel strategic planning initiative, and restructuring our Miscellaneous and Peripheral Affairs Division, we issued this year’s Annual Christmas Letter, “C” for Construction. We’ve been issuing Letters for 10 years!! (See previous years by clicking here.) We are pleased to celebrate our corporate relocation from Merced, California to Athens, Ohio and the construction of our new international headquarters. In accordance with our corporate values, we are committed to keeping our Annual Christmas Letters as short as possible; however, a copy of our 500-page Annual Report is in the mail, and you should be getting it before the end of December. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year from everyone here at portfoliolongo.com.

  2. Thanks for “stopping by!” Yea, it’s been quite a journey; and, who knows how much longer it’ll take. You said a “few months,” that’s soothing. We look forward to seeing you and Donnie (et al.) as soon as possible. In the meantime, we’re aware of and grateful for our precious bonds that grow stronger every day. Love you guys; Merry Christmas; and hope to see yinz soon.

  3. Greetings of the Season! Looking forward to stopping by to see you in your new International Headquarters. We’re hoping to make a trip (with camper) to Harrodsburg, KY & St. Meinrad, IN (and parts unknown), sometime in 2024. Actual timeframe not yet planned, but between Spring & Fall, so will be happy to hear when you have a tentative completion date. As with any construction project, there are always unplanned delays. In your case, primarily weather & WEATHER! We’ll hope the weather gods will be favorable to you. Have fun with this once in a lifetime adventure… Merry Christmas & lift a glass high on New Years Eve!!

    • Thanks for virtually stopping by. Definitely keep us posted regarding stopping by nonvirtually. 🤣 Yea, we’re right up against the weather, on one hand; on the other hand, we’ve already raised the white “it-is-what-it-is” flag. We want a new house and the crew needs the money, so here we sit waving the flag. Merry Christmas to you you guys, and hope to see you somewhere in 2024!
