Thanks! Yes, I use two of the many iPad drawing apps: Paper 53 aka Paper by Fifty Three and Procreate. I generally use a cheap stylus too. It’s been almost 2 years that I’ve been playing around with these two apps. Of the two, Procreate is more complex and allows you to do fancier things. The really talented iPad artists can do amazing things with both apps.
Again, thanks for visiting so often; and while I’m at it, I enjoy your photography and artistic vision very much. I always find something of interest in practically all of them.
So those you mentioned in your blog are actually the name of the iPad apps. I’m using the sketchbook app in android (note 3). Like you, I love the draw! 🙂
Not sure you’ve seen me or anyone else post this upcoming iPad drawing event in Palo Alto, CA…I’m attending because one of my drawings was selected among the top 100. So I’m forking over the additional money to attend the two-day workshop after the Fri. evening opening (Aug. 7th). I’m sending this because sketchbook is one of the app to be showcased. I’m curious. Here’s the link: http://www.mdacsummit.org/program2015.html
Nice sketch… Are you using an app to draw your sketches? Your shades are well placed rendering a 3D look to your artwork! Great job! 🙂
